My hubbie butterflies chicken breasts, stuffs em with slices of lime and ginger, closes it with toothpicks, and fries it. *drools* takes the ginger and lime out when its done of course but it is SOOOOO good!
i haven't had chicken in like.... 7 years if you can believe that. BUT EVERY NOW AND THEN I DO HAVE ME A HANKERIN' FOR SOME ARBY'S CHICKEN STRIPS. so uhm, i might have to make that happen. it's complicated .__.
