Gaaah ! So many people just fave and run! It's so rude! I mean, it sure is great to have your work faved, but then you want to know why. C'mon people, at least say "It's great" or "OMG SQUEEEE". Just something!!!
So I don't do that. Fave and run, I mean. When something pleases me in a deviation, I leave a comment explaining why I liked it. But it's different with each artists. For example, you always make me laugh my behind off (sometimes it takes a while to understand your jokes, but It's just me being slow ^^), so I try to give some of that funniness back. And I often end up blurting irrelevant crap, but what the hell, apparently it's still funny. With someone like Lamaraloon, there is always a message more or less hidden, something deeper than just the beauty of her deviations (and it's beautiful), so I try to see this, and explain what she makes me feel with her art. Sometimes I find something totally random, like Edge-Works' rendition of the Antagonizer, and I love it because we're very few to know this character and care about her. I usually thank those artists. And then sometimes I find people who are struggling with their art, just like I am. When I can, I give them pointers, google some tutos relevant to their difficulties, talk about it. I remember drawing several references of a feline pawn for a guy who was having trouble with that. It was fun ^^.
So anyway, I don't think I ever left a deviation that I liked un-commented.
And now I think it would be a good time to go back to work ^^

Well, friendly artists around here appreciate you taking the time to say something nice about their work! I know I do! :D It's always nice to know what's on somebodies mind when they fave something.

If I have nothing to say, I won't comment. Usually, I can find a good quality about the work, and from there, I say something about it.

because you didnt make this poll, and if you did you'd have a premium member ship and a poll that had an option saying "all the above".

darn.
